The Canine Parvovirus Canine Coronavirus Giardia Combo Test Device is a combination device to differentially assess the presence of CPV antigens, CCV antigens, and GIA antigens in canine feces or vomit.

Conditions and scope of use

       Keep in the provided sealed bag at ambient temperature or in the refrigerator (2-30 °C). The test will stay stable until the date written on the sealed packet's expiration date. Prior to use, the test instrument must not be removed from its sealed package. PREVENT FREEZING. It must be used before the expiration date.

Testing Procedure

Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening it. Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible. Best results will be obtained if the assay is performed within one hour. Step of the testing：

1. Collect dog’s feces or vomit with the swab stick from dog’s anus or on the ground. The amount of fecal swab as follows:

   
   

2.Insert the wet swab into the provided plastic tubes with buffer. Agitate it to assure good sample extraction.

3.Place the test device on a clean and level surface. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 drops of extracted sample (approximately 120 μl) to the specimen well (S) of the test device, then start the timer. See illustration above.

4.Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 10 minutes is considered as invalid.
