At room temperature or in the refrigerator (2-30 °C), keep the Canine EHR Lyme LYM Anaplasma ANA Combo Test Device exactly as it came in the sealed pouch. The Device is stable until the date marked on the sealed bag that indicates its expiration. The sealed pouch in which the Device is packaged must be kept there until usage.

Dogs should have fresh serum or plasma samples taken, taking care to avoid precipitation or turbidity. Don't leave the samples at room temperature for an extended period of time.

In a vial, combine 20 L of the prepared sample well with the EHR-ANA-LYM assay buffer. After adding three drops (or around 120 mL) of the diluted sample to the Canine EHR Lyme LYM Anaplasma ANA Combo Test Device card's sample well "S," corresponding to the windows EHR, ANA, and LYM, start the timer.

Interpret the result in five to ten minutes. After 15 minutes, results are ruled invalid.

Positive: The Canine EHR Lyme LYM Anaplasma ANA Combo Test Device has two lines. There should always be one line in the test line region (T) and one apparent colored line in the control line zone (C).
- Negative:There are no discernible colored lines in the test line region, but the control zone (C) displays one colored line.

Invalid: Control line is hidden. Insufficient specimen volume or inappropriate procedural steps are the most common reasons for control line failure. Go over the procedures again and run the test device using a new test instrument. If the problem persists, get in touch with your local distributor straight once and discontinue using the kit.
