Production Introduction

The Canine Anaplasma Ab Rapid Test is based on sandwich lateral flow immunotiography.  The test card includes a test window where you can watch the test run and read the results. There is an invisible T (test) zone and a C (control) zone in the test window. When the treated sample is inserted into the device's sample hole, the liquid flows horizontally across the test strip's surface, reacting with the pre-covered antigens of the nongen weight group. A visible T-line appears if there are progeny antibodies in the specimen. Row C should always appear after the sample is applied, indicating that the result is correct. As a result, the device can accurately determine whether the specimen contains invisible antibodies.The has a test window to observe the test run and the results read.The test window has an invisible T (test) zone and a C (control) zone.Apply the treated sample to the sample hole on the Rapid Test device and the liquid flows horizontally across the surface of the test strip, reacting with the pre-covered antigens of the nongen weight group.

Operation Display

Before testing,make sure the Canine Anaplasma Ab Rapid Test, specimen, buffer, and/or controls to equilibrate to room temperature (15-30 °C) .

1.Collect specimen:canine's serum or plasma samples

2. Take out the Rapid Test, and put it horizontally.

3.Collect 20μL of the specimen into a vial of assay buffer and mix well. Then drop 3 drops (approx. 120μL) of the diluted sample into the sample well "S" of the Rapid Test.

4.Check the result on  the Rapid Test card within 5 to 10 minutes.

	Positive	Two lines appear
	Negative	No apparent colored line appear in the test line region.
	Invalid	Control line fails to appear

 This model  Rapid Test is only intended for in vitro veterinary diagnosis. All results should be weighed against other clinical data available from the veterinarian. In practice, it is recommended that other methods such as PCR or Western Blot be used for final determination for an accurate result.
