1. Test Preparation:

• (1) Instruction for Use must be read carefully before taking the test. Allow the required test card and detection buffer to come to room temperature (20℃-30℃) before use. 

• (2) Check and make sure that the LOT number of the test card, ID chip and detection buffer are the same. 

• (3) Turn on the HTY-100 PLUS/HTY-1600 analyzer, and then insert the ID chip into the ID chip port of the analyzer. (Please refer to the HTY-100 PLUS/HTY-1600 analyzer Operation Manual for complete information and operating instructions.)

• (4) Place the test card on a clean and level surface.

2. Test Procedure:

• (1) Fill the detection buffer tube with 150μL of whole blood or 100μL of serum/plasma sample using a pipette, and thoroughly mix the samples. The combined samples need to be utilized right away.
  (2) Fill the test card's sample well with 75μl of the combined samples using a pipette.
  (3) Give the combined samples a 12-minute pause after transferring them.
  (4) Insert the test card into the analyzer's card holder and press it all the way in to begin scanning. Before inserting the test card into the card holder, be sure it is oriented correctly. The exam card has an arrow marked on it specifically for this use.
  (5) To begin the scanning procedure, click the "Start" button on the analyzer.
  (6) Examine the test result by reading it on the screen.
