The POCT Reagents should be read by Fluorescence Immunoassay Quantitative Analyzer

Model No.: HTY-100

Human serum, plasma, or whole blood can be used for the POCT Reagents.

Serum: Collect a certain amount of venous blood into a tube that does not contain an anticoagulant and place it at room temperature for blood coagulation; then, after fully centrifugation, take the serum for detection.

Plasma:Collect a certain amount of venous blood into a tube containing anticoagulant EDTA (other anticoagulants are not recommended) and place at room temperature for blood stratification; collect plasma after fully centrifugation for detection.

Whole Blood:Collect a certain amount of venous blood into an anticoagulant blood collection tube or a blood collection tube with EDTA anticoagulant (other anticoagulants are not recommended), and then mix for detection. The sample should be used right away.

Serum or plasma samples can be kept at 2-8°C for 3 days. If you need to keep it for a longer period of time, freeze it at -20°C. Before detecting the samples, allow them to come to room temperature. Avoid freezing and thawing cycles.

Whole blood samples drawn via venipuncture should be tested right away.

Venous whole blood samples that have been stored for more than 7 days cannot be used for detection.

Limitations;

1. The POCT Reagent test results should be compared to other clinical and laboratory data. If the test results do not match the clinical symptoms, please try to confirm using other appropriate detection methods.

2. Collect blood using an EDTA-anticoagulated blood collection tube; no other anticoagulants should be used.
