TSH Test Kit

The TSH Test Kit along with the HTY-100/HTY-1600. Reader is a fluorescence immunoassay that quantifies Thyrotrophic Hormone (TSH) in human serum. The kit is used for quantitative detection of Thyrotrophic Hormone (TSH) in human serum in vitro, and is mainly used for auxiliary evaluation of pituitary thyroid function in clinic.

Please select the sample type on the display screen of the HTY-100 or HTY-1600 analyzer before adding the sample.

• (1) Using pipette, transfer 75μL of serum sample into the detection buffer tube and mix the sample thoroughly. (The mixed samples must be used immediately.)

•  

• (2) Using pipette, transfer 75μL of the mixed samples into themsample well of the test card. 

•  

• (3) After transferring the mixed samples, wait for 15 minutes. 

•  

• (4) For scanning, put the test card on the card holder of analyzer and push inside till the end. Ensure proper orientation of the test card before pushing into the card holder. An arrow has been marked on the test card especially for this purpose. 

•  

• (5) Click button "Start" on the analyzer to start the scanningprocess. 

•  

• (6) Read the test result on the display screen of the HIGHTOP HTY-100 analyzer, or print the result directly.
