High Efficiency Lipid Test Strips 3 in 1 work with the Lipid Meter to measure the lipid concentration in whole blood, plasma and serum during professional testing.
The Lipid Test Strips 3 in 1 is used to measure the concentrations of Total Cholesterol (TC), High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) and Triglycerides (TG) simultaneously. It is also used to calculate LDL and TC/HDL.
Note: Three separate test devices are also available, which can measure the concentrations of TC, HDL, and TG individually.
Lipid measurements are used in the diagnosis and treatment of atherosclerotic coronary artery disease and in the diagnosis of metabolic disorders involving lipids and lipoproteins.

The High Efficiency Lipid Test Strips 3 in 1 are plastic devices that work with the Lipid Meter to measure the lipid concentration in whole blood, plasma and serum. Test devices including TC Total cholesterol test devices, HDL High Density Lipoprotein test devices, TG Triglycerides test devices and 3-1 Lipid Panel test
device. Components as follows:
Insert Arrow: Located on the front of the test device, the arrows indicate the direction in which the test device should be inserted into the meter.
Specimen Application Area: After the device is inserted into the Device Channel, apply the correct specimen volume (10µL for individual test devices or 25µL for 3 -1 test devices) to the region in the center of the test device.
Handle: Located on the end of the test device, the handle is used to insert and remove the test device from the meter.
Test Area: Located on the back of the test device. The meter will detect and read this area to give results of lipid levels.
Position Arrows: Located on the middle position of the specimen application area. When a test device is inserted, the two arrows should be parallel with the two arrows on the meter holder to make sure the test device is inserted correctly

Allow the High Efficiency Lipid Test Strips 3 in 1, specimen, and / or controls to reach operating temperature prior to testing.
Correctly code the meter by inserting the code chip into it.
Take out the test strip from the foil pouch or test strip canister.
Wait for the meter to display Insert Strip. Insert the test strip completely into the test strip channel. Prepare the specimen to be tested.
While the meter is flashing the blood drop symbol, apply 35uL specimen to the Specimen Application Area of the test strip using a pipette or capillary transfer tube. Read the results on the screen in 2 minutes.
For best results, performance of High Efficiency Lipid Test Strips 3 in 1 should be confirmed by testing known specimens/controls whenever a new test is performed or whenever a new package is first opened.
