Conversely, it is a negative result.
EAd:

The reagent utilizes antibodies coating a mouse anti-EAd antibody 2 and goat anti-mouse IgG antibody on the nitrocellulose membrane, with colloidal gold labeled mouse anti-EAd antibody 1 as an mark tracer. when the sample contains EAd antigen, the sample mixing up mouse anti-EAd antibody 1-marker moves along the membrane to the T line coated anti-EAd antibody 2, and form the colored line , which is positive result. Conversely, it is a negative result. No matter whether the sample contains ROVA or EAd antigen or not, the gold labeled McAb will combine with the Goat anti mouse IgG antibody coated in
the control line and forms the colored line (control line, C).
