The Malaria P.f P.v Rapid Test Device is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of circulating antigens of Plasmodium falciparum, Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium ovale, Plasmodium malariae in whole blood. This Rapid Test Device (Whole Blood) has been compared with traditional thick or thin blood films microscopic analysis. The correlation between the two systems is 99.0%.

| Test Procedures |
For the strip:
1. Remove the strip from the sealed pouch. Use a pipette:Transfer 5uL ofwhole blood to the sample area. Use a disposal dropper: Hold the dropper vertically, draw the sample up to the fill line, transfer the sample into the sample area.
2. Add 3 drops(120-150ul)of sample buffer into the buffer area.
For the cassette:
1. Remove the Malaria P.f P.v Rapid Test Device from the sealed pouch. Use a pipette:Transfer 5uL of whole blood to the sample well "S". Use a disposal dropper: Hold the dropper vertically, draw the sample up to the fill line, transfer the sample into the sample well "S".
2. Add 4 drops(160-200ul)of sample buffer into the buffer well "D".
Read result:
Read result within 15 minutes the result is invalid over 20 minutes.
