URS-2K Urinalysis Strips

URS-2K Urinalysis strips is reagent test strip for health situation of Glucose and Ketone. Glucose and Ketone Urine Test Strip is made for both qualitative and semi-quantitative urine analysis in vitro diagnostic.

Glucose: Concentrations as low as 0.1 g/dL may be considered abnormal if found on a consistent basis (100mg/dL sensitivity).

Ketone: Normal urine contains no ketones (510mg/dL sensitivity).

Peroxidase(horseradish,203U) 0.6%W/W

Potassium iodide 7.0%W/W

Ketone

Sodium nitroprusside 7.1%W/W

Glucose: Moderate amounts of ketone bodies (40mg/dL or higher) may inhibit color development in urine containing low levels of glucose (75125mg/dL). However, in screening, such ketone concentrations at the same time as such glucose concentrations are metabolically improbable. As the specific gravity and/or ascorbic acid of the urine rise, so does the reactivity of the glucose test. Temperature can also affect reactivity.

Ketone: A "positive" color reaction may be obtained with urine specimens containing MESNA or large amounts of phenylketones or Ldopa metabolites.

Shelf life is expected to be 90 days at 15-30°C once opened and 18 months at 15-30°C unopened.
