This flexibility means that it is suitable for use in a range of settings and with different patient groups.

The device is also compact and portable, which makes it easy to transport and store. This is particularly useful for healthcare professionals who need to travel to remote locations or for emergency responders who need to carry testing equipment with them.

In summary, the TORCH Rapid Test Device is a versatile, portable and accurate test that is ideal for healthcare professionals who need to test for multiple viral infections quickly and easily. Its ease of use, accuracy and portability make it a must-have tool for any healthcare professional.

TEST PROCEDURE

Bring tests, specimens, and buffer to room temperature (15-30°C) before use.

1. Remove the test from its sealed pouch, and place it on a clean, level surface. To obtain a best result, the assay should be performed within one hour.

2. Transfer 1 drop of specimen (approximately 10 µL) to the specimen well of the device with a dropper provided in the kit and add 2 drops of buffer (approximately 80 µL) then start the timer. Avoid trapping air bubbles in the specimen well (S), and do not drop any solution in observation window. As the test begins to work, you will see color move across the membrane.

3. Wait for the colored band(s) to appear. The result should be read at 15 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes.
