What is Monkeypox Virus

Operation Guide
For Plasma/ Serum/ Whole Blood:
1. If the specimen is frozen or refrigerated, bring it and the test components to room temperature. Before starting the experiment, thoroughly mix the specimen after it has thawed.
2. When you're ready to test, unsnap the pouch and take out the gadget. Position the test instrument onto a spotless, level surface.
3. Put the item into the plastic dropper. One drop of whole blood (approximately 40–50 µL) or serum/plasma (about 30-45 µL) should be dispensed into the sample well while holding the dropper upright, being careful to ensure that there are no air bubbles.
4. With the vial upright, add 1 drop (about 3 5 - 5 0 µ L) of sample diluent right away.
5. Watch for the appearance of a colorful line. In fifteen minutes, interpret the test results.
For Rash Exudate:
1.Just before testing, take the test cassette out of the sealed pouch and place it on the workbench.
2. Tightly fit a nozzle fitted with a filter into the sample extraction tube.
3. Turn the sample extraction tube upside down and press the extracted solution tube into the sample window to add three drops of sample.
4. Await the appearance of a colorful line or lines. Take fifteen minutes to interpret the test S T results. Read the results no later than twenty minutes.
