Coagulation Test Kit

1. Before using, carefully read the user manual. The sample and Coagulation Test Kit should be brought to room temperature (15°C–30°C) before the test.
2. Remove the centrifuge tube that is included with the test card and contains the calcium chloride solution. Use a palm centrifuge to spin the centrifuge tube for three seconds prior to use, or shake the tube three times while holding it with the bottom facing up to encourage the liquid to collect at the bottom.
3. Start the coagulation analyzer, insert the test card in accordance with the analyzer's instructions, and wait for it to heat up.

4. Combine 20 l of whole blood with the sample diluent, and gently blow ten times to remove any air bubbles. Following the prompt "Please add sample" from the analyzer interface, immediately inject 20 l of the mixture into the test strip's sample port.
5. The analyzer reaches the testing state automatically.
6. Examine or print the Coagulation Test Kit test results.
