Clean the housing
The housing surface shall be cleaned at least once a month.First,cut offthe power supply and wipe it with slightly wet clean and soft doth soakedwith disinfectant,and prevent the liquid from seeping into the bottle of themachine.
Clean the water tank
To keep the water tank dean,fil the water tank with pure water,distilledwater or cold boiled water,and try to replace it every day.
The water tank shall be cleaned once a week.First,shake and wash itwith detergent,and then rinse it with clean water to ensure the hygienewhen using oxygen.
Clean or replace the filter and filter cotton
The "white air filter"behind the frame can reduce noise,isolate dust andpurify air.The cleaning and replacement of the filter is very important toprotect the compressor and molecular sieve and prolong the service life ofthe oxygen generator,so please dean or replace it in time.

How does DEDAKJ oxygen concentrator work?
Oxygen production principle and application selection
1. Ambient air through a series of filters is sucked into the machine by the compressor.
2. The air is compressed into the first molecular sieve bed, and all the nitrogen is adsorbed. Molecular sieve beds are porous and hence have a large surface area as they absorb a large amount of nitrogen.
3. Now because there is only nitrogen and oxygen as the main components in the air, the main gas left is oxygen. The concentration of this oxygen is up to 95% and can be provided to the patient through oxygen delivery systems such as nasal cannulas, oxygen masks, etc.
4. The compressor continuously compresses the ambient air until it gets the air saturated (filled) by nitrogen compressed to the first molecular sieve bed. Molecular sieve beds typically reach saturation at a pressure of 20 psi.
5. Before the first molecular sieve bed is saturated, the switching valve works, and the output of the air compressor is immediately switched to the second screen bed, that is, the compressor begins to compress air to the second molecular sieve.
6. When the molecular sieve bed is saturated with nitrogen, the nitrogen in the first sieve bed is discharged. The small amount of nitrogen that remains in the zeosieve bed after discharge can be removed by backwashing the oxygen in the other zeolite.
7. Once the second screening bed reaches saturation, the switching valve switches the output of the air compressor back to the first screening bed again.
