The Blood Lipid Test Strip REF LPS-101 (Dry Chemistry) work with the Blood Lipid Analysis Meter or Dry Biochemical Analysis Meter to measure the lipid concentration in whole blood, plasma and serum.
For professional use or self-testing.
It is used determine the levels of Triglycerides, High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (HDL), and Total Cholesterol (TC) (TG). LDL and TC/HDL calculations are also done using it. Lipid measurements are used to diagnose metabolic abnormalities affecting lipids and lipoproteins, as well as to treat atherosclerotic coronary artery disease.
The Lipid Analyzer test the color intensity of the reaction end point at the wavelength of 620nm, the substance concentration is calculated by the reflection coefficient. When the test strip is LPS-101, with the following formula the concentration of low density lipoprotein cholesterol in (LDL) is calculated, the ratio of TC and HDL can also be calculated

Dry Biochemical Analysis Meter

Blood Lipid Analysis Meter
The analyzer uses blood lipid test strips (LPS-101, TCS-101, TGS-101, HLS-101) and operates on the basis of photochemistry.The test sample is added to the strip's sample area in its whole. Blood cells are either dissolved or filtered out during the quick infiltration process. The color shift that results from the substrate's reaction with chemicals and enzymes in the reaction layer is proportionate to the substance's concentration.
