The automatic urine formation analyzer adopts the operation process of simulation microscope to automate the sample injection, photo shooting and particle recognition process. The detection technology and image capturing method adopted by automatic urine formation analyzer are mainly divided into flow image analysis technology and static image analysis technology.
Flow image analysis technology: various sediment components in urine are wrapped by a thin layer of sheath liquid, and try to form a large imaging plane with an appropriate angle through the flow cell and the high-speed camera lens. The high-speed camera / digital camera instantly captures the sediment flowing in each shooting field after illuminated by the high-speed flash source. The computer enhances the morphological characteristics of digital images, and carries out automatic recognition or manual aided recognition with the standard templates in the database.
Static image analysis technology: inject the urine sample into the special counting plate (fixed flow plate or disposable counting plate), and fix the counting plate on the carrier platform that automatically locates the scanning position according to the program requirements. The camera / digital camera connected to the traditional optical microscope or the eyepiece of the differential microscope captures a certain number of digital images at different parts of the counting plate, and performs automatic recognition or manual auxiliary recognition with the standard template in the database.
