1. keep the instrument clean and ensure that a clean sampling cup is used.
2. fresh mixed urine shall be used. After the sample is retained, it shall be tested within 2 hours.
3. different types of urine chemical analyzers use different urine test strips. When the test strip changes from cold storage temperature to room temperature, do not open the bottle cap containing the test strip. The bottle cap shall be closed immediately after each use to prevent the test strip from being affected by moisture and deterioration.
4. the time for the test strip to immerse in the urine sample is 2 seconds. Excessive urine samples should be sucked away with filter paper. All reagent blocks, including blank blocks, should be completely infiltrated into the urine.
5. the best temperature for the instrument should be room temperature 20-25 ℃, and the urine sample and test strip should also be maintained within this temperature range.
6. when reporting the test results, because the results of various urine chemical analyses are only designed with great differences, they cannot be explained by the symbol code results alone. They should be analyzed in combination with semi quantitative values to avoid confusion in clinical interpretation due to inadequate reporting of qualitative results.
7. the test strip shall be stored in a dry, opaque and covered container in a cool and dry place. It is forbidden to put it in the refrigerator or exposed to volatile smoke.
